物料无需人工接触，自动一次性的上料欲碎连续送向化制机中的处理箱，杜绝二次污染,确保人员安全环保，以及在处理箱中达到140度的高温和常压，封闭4-6小时的杀菌作业，可杀掉物料中的如：炭疽杆菌、枯草杆菌、芽孢杆菌等需要在100度以上的高温才能彻底灭杀的菌种，并以化制处理后的安全物料经机械固液分离后所产生的纯肉骨粉在二次封闭100度的处理箱内4小时的烘干作业以及细粉碎，以确保物料的安全彻底。当有机肥能完全被土壤和作物吸收利用（因含油脂的有机肥不但不能被土壤吸收反而会造成土壤的板结及副营养，从而影响农作物的生长）。所以必须要烘干，所生产的油脂即是最优质的生物柴油的材料，更是工业油脂的原料，从而纯肉骨粉和油脂可产生出可观的经济效益。

蒸气集中吸集处理，设备中的尾气处理装置里进行高温裂解另处理装置中还配备了四道以上的生气自动过滤装置使排放出的气体达到符合国家环保、排放的标准。
