功能与特点：

       螺旋逐级榨油机是针对本化制机的特殊性能的需要所研发。经由本公司原来的液压式榨油机的原理而改造升级，还颠覆性的设计和改变针对无害化病死畜禽处理后的浓度、粘度以及颗料大小和纤维。使筛网不堵塞，压榨后的物料能达到烘干要求，呈现出其它任何压榨机或者离心机难以达到的效果。

       本公司所研发的此款榨油机还针对性的，是专配本公司无害化处理机油渣分离使用成功解决了筛网堵塞、物料不干、油脂不清的难题。经升级后的核心技术就是螺旋与筛网的配合以实现筛网的自清功能，那就是通过特殊的装置与螺旋实现互动从而搅动物料来向前推进过程中来实现物料颗粒蹭掉筛网的堵塞物。经由处理好的物料直接由螺旋绞龙均匀的输送至榨油机。经过螺旋叶片的挤压和筛网双重的过滤，油脂经过筛网进入油罐，压榨后的物料直接封密式的由输送绞龙进入烘干箱，整体主机均采用不锈钢制作。
